Managing Director
Areas of expertise: With over 30 years in spray equipment and finishing systems, Kevin began as a paint sprayer before moving into paint training and equipment for a world-leading paint manufacturer. He brings extensive experience across spraybooth technology and application environments.
Sales Operations Director
Areas of expertise: Wendy works closely with the leadership team to support the day-to-day operations of STL. With extensive automotive industry experience, she oversees quotations, checks drawings against project pricing, and manages project enquiries from new and existing customers.
Technical Director
Areas of expertise: With a degree in Architectural Technology, Ben has worked with an internationally renowned architect and engineering consultants working on infrastructure projects worldwide. He later specialised in project management on large infrastructure and turnkey projects, and now leads technically demanding projects at STL.
Projects Director
Areas of expertise: With a degree in Integrated Engineering, Charlie has spent his career in the automotive industry, working in both engineering and procurement of robotic systems for a leading car manufacturer. After nearly ten years in our projects department, he now leads the team as Projects Director.
Industrial and Aerospace Sales Manager
Areas of expertise: Jeremy brings 18 years’ experience with ICI/PPG, followed by over a decade with STL. He has built a wealth of experience in painting application and curing systems, using it to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions across a range of applications.
Service Operations Manager
Areas of expertise: With over a decade in operations, Paul has progressed from on the tools to senior management, including serving as an Operations Director. This journey gives him first-hand insight into every stage of operational processes and the challenges faced on the ground.
Senior Technical Support Manager
Areas of expertise: A highly experienced member of the team, Phil specialises in gas, electrical, and combustion systems and spraybooth technology. He leads STL's engineers, delivers expert technical support, and oversees quotations and on-site surveys.
Design Manager
Areas of expertise: Richard brings a strong background in engineering and design, beginning his career as a junior designer in aviation and HVAC systems, including work on military projects. He joined STL in 2022 as Design Manager and oversees design delivery across our projects.
Manufacturing Manager
Areas of expertise: Alan is a manufacturing professional with over ten years’ experience managing production operations and teams. His background in groundwork steel works on prominent stadium builds highlights his technical and project experience.
Electrical Controls Department Manager
Areas of expertise: With 28 years in electrical engineering, including two decades in electrical software, Steve heads our electrical department. He oversees control panel manufacturing, software development, and lighting systems, maintaining strong technical standards across all projects.
