The service admin team are very efficient and highly organised when it comes to booking in and coordinating work. The engineers are consistently excellent – professional, reliable and always resolving issues without any problems. On one occasion when we experienced a breakdown, an engineer went out of their way to provide prompt support, which was greatly appreciated.

STL’s preparation and professionalism during the Hangar 9 project were outstanding. Their contractor file passed an on-site audit with flying colours – all documentation, including permits, lifting plans, and certifications, was thorough and well-organised. Their site team maintained excellent housekeeping and followed PPE requirements throughout. STL has set a benchmark for the standard I now expect from all contractors.

The service administration team are excellent at keeping us informed about upcoming work and always provide helpful reminders, which has been greatly appreciated. The engineers are consistently very good: friendly, efficient and helpful on site, and they always leave the area clean and tidy once the work is complete. We also really value the technical support provided over the phone. On several occasions issues have been resolved remotely, and even when an engineer visit was required, the team were able to get us up and running again until they arrived.
