: An STL spraybooth service is a comprehensive inspection and maintenance visit designed to keep your booth operating safely, efficiently, and in line with its original design performance.
Our service typically includes:
Inspection of the air handling plant, burners, fans, motors, belts, and ductwork
Checks on airflow, pressures, temperatures, and control functions
Inspection of filtration condition and seating (supply and extract) and replace where required
Electrical and control panel checks, including safety interlocks
Visual inspection of the booth structure, lighting, doors, and seals
Identification of wear, faults, or non-compliance issues
Functional testing of spray, bake, flash-off, and cool-down modes
Following the visit, we provide clear feedback on the booth’s condition, highlight any remedial actions required, and advise on efficiency or reliability improvements where appropriate.
: Yes. STL can service all makes and models of spraybooths, regardless of manufacturer or installer.
Our engineers are experienced with a wide range of booth designs, including older and bespoke systems, and we regularly support customers who have inherited equipment or changed service providers. Where required, we will review existing documentation or commissioning data to ensure the booth is assessed against the correct design criteria.
: As a general rule, spraybooths should be serviced every six months, which typically aligns with around 650-750 hours of operation, assuming filters are changed as required between visits.
