Enhancing vehicle inspection efficiency with custom light tunnels
A recent UK project saw the delivery and installation of six advanced inspection light tunnels in just days - helping our customer enhance inspection accuracy, boost throughput, and streamline their vehicle return process.

Recently, one of our valued customers asked us to enhance their vehicle return and pre-inspection process. To meet this requirement, we designed and delivered a series of dedicated pre-inspection light tunnels and installed them at their UK facility within just a few days, minimising disruption to daily operations.
We successfully commissioned six inspection tunnels, each measuring six metres in length. We equipped every tunnel with adjustable colour-hue lighting, allowing operators to simulate real-world conditions such as daylight and workshop environments. This flexibility improves the accuracy of damage detection during inspection and helps teams identify issues quickly and consistently.
The impact was immediate. The customer experienced:
