STL support multi-million pound vehicle preparation centre
A £14 million vehicle preparation centre been officially opened with a range of STL booths already helping to make a difference to operations and production. STL Spraybooth installed three 10-metre long drive-through Cyclones, a six-bay Tempo booth and two bespoke Spraymate booths in the wheel shop to Big Motoring World in Peterborough.
A £14 million vehicle preparation centre been officially opened with a range of STL booths already helping to make a difference to operations and production.
STL Spraybooth installed three 10-metre long drive-through Cyclones, a six-bay Tempo booth and two bespoke Spraymate booths in the wheel shop to Big Motoring World in Peterborough ahead of the opening of their new 170,000 sq-ft centre.
Explaining why the company chose STL, Ian Taylor, bodyshop manager, said:
“I have worked with Kevin Dillion over a long period of time and I have always been happy with the service offered by Kevin and STL. They always go above and beyond our expectations. They never let you down in terms of high-quality but they are equally good at providing a strong aftersales service. If you need anything, they will always respond in a fast and efficient way.
“We are delighted to open the new site and to have worked with STL on the project. We wanted something a bit different, in terms of design, and they have certainly delivered everything we asked. It is all going very well – we are getting about 100 cars a day through the bodyshop.”

Big Motoring World have created 300 jobs with the new development in Morley Way, Peterborough, which is equipped with a full production line to prepare vehicles before being dispatched to company dealerships across Kent and East London.
