Support you can trust
Our nationwide team of engineers provides maintenance, servicing, and rapid response support for every STL system.

Energy use, cost, and carbon footprint in an instant.
BoothIQ is a utility and energy monitoring dashboard that puts you firmly in control, delivering instant access to all the critical information you need to manage and optimise your spraybooth operations. Monitor energy usage, operating costs, and carbon footprint in real time whether by the minute, hour, day, week, or year, across a single booth or multiple sites.
At the forefront of sustainable innovation, STL also leads the way in fully electric spraybooth technology. Our electricity-only systems offer a cleaner, greener alternative with significantly lower operating costs, proving that environmental responsibility and high performance can go hand-in-hand.
We combine 30+ years of engineering expertise with patented innovation, in-house delivery, and long-term support.
Our nationwide team of engineers provides maintenance, servicing, and rapid response support for every STL system.
Patented systems like TEMPO and BoothIQ deliver smart control, energy savings, and world-class spray quality.
Solutions built for automotive, aerospace, rail, marine, and industrial clients – in the UK and around the world.
With electric systems, heat recovery, and BoothIQ monitoring, STL helps reduce costs, emissions, and environmental impact.
STL heat recovery units have been specifically designed to provide a highly efficient economic solution, achieved by air-to-air energy transfer from the exhaust heat. Energy consumption is reduced, improving spraybooth efficiency whilst avoiding the inherent maintenance issues associated with conventional plate-type air-to-air heat exchangers.
Using STL-designed copper heat transfer panels, the system delivers fast, effective heat exchange without compromising airflow. Unlike many traditional systems, there is no added resistance to air movement, so no additional fan power is required, saving energy from day one.
First developed in 1999, it provides the highest level of safety for electrical lighting within a spraybooth. With highly efficient LED fittings contained within sealed acrylic tubes, the ATEX certification is an optional addition to any booth. Pressurised and continuously cooled, they provided market-leading lighting levels and longevity of electrical components. It allows the downdraught airflows within the booths to be maintained, avoiding any turbulent airflow in the top corners.
Compliant with BSEN:16985 and ATEX
STL systems meet leading industry standards and accreditations, giving our clients confidence in safety, compliance, reliability, and long-term performance.
