STL was appointed to support increased production demand at an agricultural equipment manufacturing facility through the design and installation of a conveyorised finishing solution.
The project centred on integrating shotblasting, spraybooth painting, and baking processes into a continuous track-based system, enabling improved workflow efficiency, higher throughput, and more consistent finishing quality.

The solution
STL engineered and installed a coordinated finishing system incorporating conveyor-integrated spraybooths and a baking oven, designed to operate seamlessly with the overhead track supplied by others.
To improve coating access and finish quality, the system enables trailer bodies to be lifted within the spraybooth, allowing efficient and ergonomic painting of underside surfaces.
Close collaboration between STL, the conveyor supplier, and the client ensured the full finishing process operated as a single, efficient production flow. The completed installation delivered a robust, scalable solution aligned with the client’s growth objectives.
